Q – Will we have to share the party room with anyone else?
A – No, and that’s a promise. One of the great benefits of a Treasure Castle Playland party is that your celebration is private – only the people you invite will share the party room with you. We believe that private parties are the best for you from a safety, stress, and noise standpoint.
 
Q – How do I schedule a Treasure Castle Playland party?
A – It's easy! Just give us a call and we'd be happy to reserve your special day and time! For your convenience, you can also request a date online.
 
Q – Is a deposit required?
A – A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.
 
Q – How many guests can I invite?
A – You may invite the number of guests offered in your Themed Party. The birthday child and one adult per child play for free and are not included in the guest count. We also have custom programs available for other special occasions.
 
Q – What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
A – We ask that you and your guests arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and Treasure Castle Playland.
 
Q – Are socks required?
A – For guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play on the soft playland.
 
Q – Will Treasure Castle Playland provide supervision in the play area(s)?
A – Our fun and friendly staff provide general supervision but your children are your responsibility and we ask that you and your guests follow the rules so everyone can enjoy their visit!
 
Q – Can I bring food to my party?
A – You may bring an additional cake but, we’re sorry, no other outside food is permitted.
 
Q – Can I bring in my own drinks?
A – For your convenience, we have a variety of beverages available for purchase. We’re sorry, but you may not bring your own beverages to the party.
 
Q – Can I bring my own goodie bags?
A – If you are not purchasing our popular Treasure Castle Playland goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own.
 
Q – Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
A – If you will be bringing an additional cake, please bring a serving knife, candles, and a lighter (no matches please). For your convenience, we also have candles, cameras, and socks available for purchase.
 
Q – What if I need to reschedule my party?
A – To avoid additional charges, we require at least 10 days advance notice if you need to reschedule your party (your party must be rescheduled within two months of the original party date and your deposit will be applied towards your balance). Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).
 
Q – Who can play at Treasure Castle Playland?
A – Children must be between the ages of 4-12 years old to enter the soft playland unit or play on the Castle Climb Across Wall. The Castle Gardens toddler area is for children 3 years old and under.
 
Q – Can a guest play while wearing a cast?
A – In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to play on some of the equipment, including the Climb Across Wall.  

Q – Can adults play in the Playland?
A – No, not in the playland unit. But if a child needs to be “guided” through, parents may assist their child through.
