Welcome to our SUMMER CAMP 2024 INFORMATION PAGE!

I have always believed that summer should NEVER be boring for children. Think about it... summers were the times when we used to celebrate school being out of session, vacations with family, backyard pool fun, staying out later in the evening, making tree houses, riding bikes till dusk, sleepovers at friend's houses... such fun, memorable times. Our memory-making here at camp may look a little different from yesteryear- but we are making those same kind of timeless memories together. You can expect your child to enjoy the excitement in being a little more creative, exploring physical fun, using their problem-solving thinking skills, and cultivating new friendships.

I can't begin to tell you the number of children that return year-after-year letting us know that "CASTLE SUMMER CAMP" is the best summer ever!" I smile when I hear this because we truly do have such a fantastic program in place with themed weeks and coordinating activities as we learn, play and grow. Summer Camp students over the last 15 years~ have become like family here at The Castle and that's what you can expect from our valued staff. Summer themed weeks are already in place for 2024!

Camp tends to have a waiting list so please, contact me at your earliest convenience. I understand that a Medication Release Form must be filled out if medication is required. The only medication allowed at camp must have the following: a doctor’s label with the name of the child, name of medication, time/dosage to be administered and an expiration date. Please do not medicate your child to send them to camp.

Please Note: If your child has a Special Need, requires a TSS or Wrap Around, you must make an appointment to meet with the directors during operating hours, to review your child’s special need prior to the start of camp. It is camp policy that your child’s TSS or Wrap Around must be present 100% of the time while your child is at camp. Children may not attend camp if their TSS or Wrap around is not accompanying them. Their purpose is to assist your child’s special need. Parents are responsible for tuition even if their child is unable to attend due to the absence of a TSS or Wrap Around. If any child is unable to follow the camp rules for any reason, they may be excused from camp at the discretion of the Director.

I understand that the Camp may discontinue care for any of the following reasons:

1) Parent has not submitted required paperwork or paperwork is inaccurate

2) Payment is late or unpaid

3) Child is determined to be dangerous (physically, sexually or verbally aggressive or threatening) to other children or staff; child is determined to have a medical, developmental, or an emotional condition that is beyond the scope of the camp’s ability to care for the needs of the child or other children due to the disruption.

We reserve the right to exclude any child due to illness or behavioral needs that cannot be met by the camp staff. In any such occurrence, a parent or emergency contact would be called and asked to pick up the child as soon as possible. There will be no refund of tuition if children are dismissed.

I grant my informed consent for my child to participate in field trips & water activities with Treasure Castle programs. I understand and agree to the above stated information. In the event that my child becomes ill or injured, I give permission to authorize staff to seek emergency medical care if I, or my contacts, are unreachable.
